Rocks glass, crushed ice.
Ingredients
- Tequila2 oz
- Fresh lime juice0.75 oz
- Agave syrup0.5 oz
- Mint or basil leaves6–8, muddled
Method
- Muddle mint or basil.
- Add tequila, lime, syrup with ice.
- Shake hard 10–12 seconds.
- Strain over crushed ice, garnish.
Notes
Basil gives a more savoury edge. Pairs well with grilled or Mexican food.
