About the Ruby Ritual

An original Sipped Right build, drawing on Campari's long-established pairing with grapefruit and soda in Italian aperitivo culture — not a historic named cocktail itself.

Glass & Garnish

Highball glass, full of ice. Garnish with a grapefruit twist, in keeping with how Campari-grapefruit highballs are typically finished.

Notes

Fresh-squeezed grapefruit juice is noticeably less bitter than bottled. Batches well for a crowd. Pairs well with salty snacks.
